    LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ITEMS
    Isabelle Quinn will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages, once it has safely left our warehouse. Please contact the shipping carrier directly and open an enquiry.
    Returns
    • Full priced, in stock items can be returned for an exchange, refund or store-credit. This applies to online & click & collect orders only. 
    • You must contact us within 21 days of purchase to request a return. Returned items must then be received by Isabelle Quinn within 21 business days of the initial contact.
    • Online orders must be posted back to the Isabelle Quinn warehouse, we are unable to process returns for online orders in store, please book your return through the returns portal.
    • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
    • Sale items are final and not eligible for refund, exchange or store-credit.
    • Items purchased with the use of a promotional code or discount code are not eligible for a return or refund, this excludes our 10% welcome code.

    Pre-Orders
    All pre-orders are around a 4 week turnaround. This will vary depending on the style. In some cases your item may come slightly sooner, or slightly later.

     

    Have a special event and need it faster? Get in contact with us – we can arrange to have your garment made for you just in time! [Direct postage fee is $40.00]

     

    Please note if you are purchasing a one-off custom pre-order you will not be able to use a discount code or be illegible for a refund.
