Dispatch
Every order is packed by hand in our Mermaid Beach studio on the Gold Coast.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. During launches, sale events and peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days.
Australian shipping
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200 AUD.

Duties and import taxes on international orders are covered by Isabelle Quinn, so there is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.
Pre-orders
Pre-order pieces are clearly marked on the product page, along with their estimated dispatch date. Full payment is taken when your order is placed.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock pieces, it will be sent once everything is ready. If you would like your in-stock pieces sooner, place separate orders or email us to arrange a split shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Pre-orders are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund, but can be exchanged or returned for 115% store credit. See our Returns Policy.
Order delays
Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times are outside of our control. Isabelle Quinn is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
