All orders are dispatched from our studio in Mermaid Beach, Australia.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and dispatched. During launch periods, sale events and peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note, international orders may be subject to customs, duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be clearly noted on the product page, along with the estimated dispatch date. Full payment is taken at the time your order is placed.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available and ready for dispatch.

If you require your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders or contacting our team to arrange a split shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Pre-order purchases are final and not eligible for refund.

 

ORDER DELAYS

Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times are outside of our control. Isabelle Quinn is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
