- Full priced, in stock items can be returned for an exchange, refund or store-credit. This applies to online & click & collect orders only.
- You must contact us within 21 days of purchase to request a return. Returned items must then be received by Isabelle Quinn within 21 business days of the initial contact.
- Online orders must be posted back to the Isabelle Quinn warehouse, we are unable to process returns for online orders in store, please book your return through the returns portal.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
- Sale items are final and not eligible for refund, exchange or store-credit.
- Items purchased with the use of a promotional code or discount code are not eligible for a return or refund, this excludes our 10% welcome code.

- Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange & store credit ONLY.
