Returns Policies


If you are not happy with our products purchased online, Isabelle Quinn is happy to discuss these details further with you in regards to the exchange of an item or e-boutique credit note , providing that the product is undamaged and in its original condition. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. 

Isabelle Quinn reserves the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. 

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receiving the product in Australia. For International purchases you have 7 days to notify info@isabellequinn.com.au and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. A credit note or exchange will be provided and issued once a return has been approved. The credit voucher code is redeemable for 6 months after issue on our E-Boutique. 

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Isabelle Quinn take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.  When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a “fair and reasonable” policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

Please be mindful when deciding what garments you purchase as we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind purchases.

All purchases on flash sale, discount offers and sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind on sale items. 

Returns are strictly not offered for purchases made using AfterPay. We are separate entities, all sales made via AfterPay are final.
